Aleppo Pepper
I regularly use Aleppo pepper with Ground Coriander and Smoked Sweet Paprika mixed with Olive Oil as a coating on sheet pan chicken thighs. I add shallots, potatoes and cauliflower to the mix. It is easy and delicious. The Aleppo pepper is not too hot and adds a lot of flavor.
